Dan Quinn’s brother just sat down next to my Dad at a bar in Key West.

Why did they wind the clock? Receiver went out of bounds on his own accord with 2:05 on the clock? Huh?

Did they say Goff's dad, a major league backup catcher, allowed 6 passed balls in ONE game?? Haha
Yep, looks like it was in '96. He played in one game and had 6 passed balls.
Perhaps not surprisingly that was the last game he played in the majors.

Edit:
Here is the box score, Mike Hampton was pitching so it wasn't like it was a knucklballer.

Edit2: i guess my edit wasn't needed.

That could have been devastating for Ryan. Instead, it was for the drive.

Ryan bleeding behind his ear... looks minor.

He also hit the side of his head on the turf during that last sack.

Two of them in the same AB of Ugueth Urbina. I had to laugh. Tied him with Rube Vickers (a pitcher!) in 1902 and Geno Petralli in 1987 for most in a single game, modern era (all-time, it's 12, Alex Gardner, 1884).

Wow, these games both started as dead duds and are going off like fireworks. Awesome. That catch should stand since he had control, right?

Did the Steelers coaching staff take over for the last 30 seconds here?

And also, so because the snap went off but was nullified by a penalty they can continue to review it in NYC?? That seems a loophole especially when the penalty was on the D

Why doesn’t anybody spike the ball anymore. So dumb, potential 4 point mistake by the Rams and they weren’t even ready with a good play to run anyways.

There's been more Eddie Guns/reviews than football this half. Brutal to watch.

I don’t get that either. If you’ve snapped the ball, the next play has started and review should be impossible.
