Moreno reported it was separateApparently, it may be the same incident.
There's pictures of the accident on twitter. From one angle you can see hid body off to the side, just a heads up.Cristian Moreno|ESPNVerified account@CristianMorenoD
Same day, separate sole death accidents of #MLB players @YordanoVentura & Andy Marte, similar circumstance; both said to be under influence.
I guess MLBTR suggested it was related. Either way, it's a shitty day for baseball.Moreno reported it was separate
Do you know what bad decision Ventura made?Sad day indeed. Just thinking about how much money these guys make and the lack of ability to make good decisions. I'm not here to judge but JoFer and Ventura dying could have been prevented by making better decisions. No one wins.
Granted. But I don't trust initial reports when they're one city over never mind something like this.He was apparently under the influence if you believe the Moreno tweet.
Do you know what bad decision Ventura made?
Do you think maybe, just maybe, the fact that he was there might be related to this? Just a little..?Volquez lost his brother to murder just last week.
You're kinda sorta a piece of shit. No offense.Going back to his home country..
I mean, I'll cut him some slack and just assume that his nickname should be "Kay."You're kinda sorta a piece of shit. No offense.
I think this is a solid plan. Anyone who makes money should just avoid going back to the downtrodden places they grew up. It's safer for them that way, and it keeps them from having to see anything or anyone they're now too good for. Maybe then the poor places and people can just like wither away or kill themselves off, too. So long as the people with the good fastballs are safe.Going back to his home country. If the crime doesn't get you, vehicles will

Sometimes, you just have to cut ties with your old hood. I can't go back to the town I grew up in without a good chance of coming home in a body bag. It was the town next to Brentwood on Long Island, where gangs have taken over and even killing teens now.

The guy was set to make 20 million dollars. I know he probably misses his family, but I moved 700 miles away from mine, they might as well be on Mars. I use Skype. It's safe and cheap.
This isn't like this is a first time thing, Oscar Tavera, Jose Uribe, Andújar Cedeño,William Suero . Volquez lost his brother to murder just last week.
You just solved the poverty problem in the US. Why didn't you run for office this cycle?I think this is a solid plan. Anyone who makes money should just avoid going back to the downtrodden places they grew up. It's safer for them that way, and it keeps them from having to see anything or anyone they're now too good for. I use SoSH as an outlet for my narcissism. No need to run for office. You just solved the poverty problem in the US. Why didn't you run for office this cycle?
