Better luck next year Cleveland. Swap Love for a wing defender or two and try again.

GS are just a pleasure to watch. Will be interesting to see how many guys they can retain

Clear slap foul by LeBron there and no call. Meanwhile when Draymond was blowing into his hand during the tip he was trolling LeBron with one of his signature moves.

LeBron hacking everybody tonight.
In fairness, every time he goes to the hoop, just as he's about to bring the ball up to take a shot, he's got arms and hands reaching in and slapping at him like crazy. I said the other night, his handle looks terrible, but the Warriors aren't perfectly slapping out every ball on every drive as these refs would have everyone believe.

FT's were a difference maker in this game. Those 5-6 misses Cleveland shouldn't have had would have made this game completely different.

Curry incredible! I feel bad for the Cleveland fans. They finally have a championship shot and see it falling apart in front of their eyes tonight, about to lose this critical game

GS is a buzz saw, so brutal for Cleveland to have to face this team in consecutive years. Cle needed OKC to beat them. Would have given CLE home court.

I know we're not allowed to talk about this on SoSH but it's over for LBJ. Two titles to his name. Not good enough to get on Mt. Rushmore. Came up real small tonight; so passive.

I don't get the LeBron hate
Me neither. It's funny, the first replay they show during the Curry interview is of LBJ going to the hoop, and getting clearly violated by the defender as they "stripped" the ball. The refs allowing that to happen, where all of that stuff would have been called during the regular season, is making Lebron look like he's playing a lot worse than he is.

LeBron's made some questionable choices -- the whole "decision" and intro garbage to Miami, for one -- but it's not worth the vitriol he gets. As he proved again in the days after Ali's death, LeBron gets it at a level that Jordan never has and Magic rarely did pre-HIV. The next act of LeBron's life might prove more interesting than this one

No hate for LeBron here. Could have been more aggressive in the first half...
The game was officiated consistently poorly in both directions.

LeBron hate is about team vs individual, if I can tell.

The "hate" is being overstated. Some people just want to see more transcendent performances that we know he is capable of. He's a hell of a player but I want to see more "f you" mode.

Wade turned him into an entitled dick. He's a bully and a crybaby at the same time. Pre-The Decision I was fine with him. He's been a diva bitch ever since.
He did not and he is not. This is the same crap we hear from Brady haters, that he's a crybaby, desperately looking for an excuse to diss him

I don't like LeBron for a variety of reasons (consistent whining to the officials, the callousness of the decision, how he is judge jury and executioner for Cleveland, etc.) but I think what really rubs me the wrong way is that he comes across as such a phony to me. He is like Kobe in the way that he wants people to think that he's great SO bad that it comes off as fake. Even his return to Cleveland seems contrived to me; he acted like he was doing it because he wanted to go home but I think the reality of it was because he didn't think he could win in Miami and he wasn't entirely comfortable playing basketball there. Only my opinion though.

My thing with LBJ is that he is a great NBA player. Great! But, he is not a top-5 player of all time as I believe most consider him... and given his physical attributes (freak of nature or supplements) and developed skill level, he should have been. Didn't reach his potential. That's fine. It's just comparing him to MJ at this point is a joke. Whatever. Great player but when my four-year old is 15, will LBJ be talked about like MJ, Kareem, Wilt, Russell, et al? I doubt it. You could even argue Kobe or Duncan had the better career. Ouch.

I don't hate LeBron, but he is certainly more entitled than Brady. The whole "I don't foul out" thing comes to mind.

I'm not sure he's capable of getting to that level again. He's 31 and has a ton of miles on him. He can still be a great player but 2012-2013 LeBron, who could almost singlehandedly will his team to a title against great opposition, may be gone for good.

I agree and that's what sucks. Now that the Celtics rivalry is dead and he's off that shit stain Heat squad, I can root for him again. I'd love for him to win a title for Cleveland but it ain't happening.

It won't happen but I wish he would opt out of his contract this off season and sign with the C's. Add another guy like Cauley-Stein and we'd be in the finals next year
