It might not matter in the long run what with the 1st line being relatively invisible so far and the 3rd line being it’s usual black hole, but one reason I just had to worry about the Bruins against anyone was how meh the goaltending is. It’s the same reason I can’t buy the Leafs: once a team gets good chances, they’re going to score. The Bruins just don’t have goalies capable of making big saves.
Need to bury those chances. They have been buried against us constantly and we can't do the same.

They've been high on him since minute 1. Niedereider went high on him after the first tripping call and should have gotten a second penalty for it.
The B's have completely shat themselves the last 2+ periods. Thankfully this one isn't completely out of reach yet. Get your act together.

Coyle was a matching, so it’s a clean-ice 5-on-3 until Bergeron’s out. Nosek will likely have to do big time work.
Sorry forgot Coyle’s was matching. Canes have 54 seconds of 5x3 until Bergy gets out. Then 1:06 of 5x4 until Haula gets out.
The extra penalty to Carlo was a joke. Plain old refball. Nino’s hit was technically legal but totally unnecessary. Carlogave him a requisite shot back, nothing across any sort of line.

Worst part is I feel totally obligated to watch the next 160 minutes of this disaster because who knows if we get to see a certain someone play anymore after this.
At least we don't have to root for a genuinely terrible human being like Tony D'Angelo. I take comfort in that.
