The good news is literally everyone is to blame. It’s not like a “if only one thing went differently” situation. The defense has been fucking terrible. Forwards can’t pass. Several vets have been invisible (wish Krejci stayed injured tbh). Goaltending has let them down. Coaching has been terrible. And they’ve gotten screwed a bit. Just a wholesale pants shitting the likes of which we haven’t seen except for, oh, any one of the numerous times this franchise has done it in the last 20 years, especially in this building.
