Tatum drives, beating his man, but Rob just sort floats by leaving Bam for the cleanup block. There is just no purpose on offense sometimes.

The officiating tonight has been atrocious. But the heat are playing great and they are great at pushing the line on that. Celtics simply have to be mentally tougher about the game and not the officiating. That’s the layers and the coach failing.
The problem is when the Celts are called for doing the exact same things that aren't fouls the other way. It's an impossible way to play hoops. The C's also can't hit the broadside of a barn.. but they're getting manhandled on offense and getting called for touch fouls on defense.

This core has big time loser DNA and I'm looking forward to some major changes in the offseason.

Are we really going to keep doing this until Miami lifts the trophy?
Difference is that Denver has been overlooked all playoffs too. It’s going to be irresistible force and immovable object. The Heat and the Nuggets have been by far the two best teams. Once this game is over, the Celtics will have two more losses in the playoffs than the Heat and Nuggets combined.

They cut it to within kind of striking distance at the half by playing tough defense and appropriately doubling Butler. They come out, immediately cut it to 12, then completely abandon everything they did right at the end of the second. They wilted. Quit. Sucks but no other explanation.

Losing the last game was a really bad omen. Losing this game, in this fashion, is a fucking joke

Stop with this narrative. Don't both sides it. The refs have done nothing to sway this series!

Can't wait for the laundry list of "x,y and z were all hurt" excuses.

They're a dumb team that can't compete against elite competitors. The minute they step on the floor, it's like chum in the water.

I understand keeping the asset and signing brown to a huge extension, but what's the point with this group. They don't compete at a championship level. It's the same old story.

You have to break it down, sell off parts. Jaylen and Jayson aren't a championship core. We've seen it all before.

Why should we get foul calls? One or two guys touch the ball on offense and we switch into bad mismatches on defense every possession. What do you expect?

The Hauser thing is funny. We are getting punked by a team with like 2-3 Hausers but sure we could never survive his defense.

We've reached the "just throw up lazy jumpers" portion of the evening. This team just wants to go home
