I really enjoy watching them and like a lot of their players, but I can't root for any team that employs Aroldis Chapman.
Ha, I'm not trying to tell you who to root for, and I wouldn't be upset if they win, just saying how I feel.
Their bullpen looked a lot better when Cano was setting up and Bautista was closing. That and a strong offense will improve the look.
Even though it ultimately got them nowhere, watching the middle-inning relievers thus far in the postseason reenforces just how good Nick Pivetta was in that role this year
For sure. Losing Bautista was an enormous blow to them. I mean, the dude had 110 strikeouts in 61 innings. That's ridiculous.
He wasn't a top prospect and still in A-ball, but Cleveland's outfield would look a lot better if they'd have protected Anthony Santander on the 40-man roster and still had him.
We were wondering about that. Hip or knee replacement in his immediate future I would imagine.
i’ve seen this all summer from the O’s. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if they win.
Ugh, this not being able to find the strike zone reminds me of some of our pitchers in the fifth or sixth inning.
Sometimes you see at bats that make you realize how hard hitting big league pitching must actually be.
