Has he even spoken into his headset? He’s just standing there, staring at that worthless playsheet.
Win, lose, or draw he always looks like he is standing there reading Infinite Jest all game and I respect that.

These games have sucked but watching Houston kick ass was fun. Having a team ascend like that is interesting. Watching KC has become insufferable.

Funny, I think Packers/Cowboys could be pretty entertaining. There aren't five guys who have been playing better ball than Jordan Love has over the past, say, eight weeks.
Agreed. Now the GB defense easily could leak like a sieve, but Love has become very interesting to watch

"It was a good season, I'm happy with the progress they made this year, they are a year or two away at this point."

Every Dolphins fan since 2000.

Tua was absolute trash tonight. I mean, that was one of the worst QB performances I’ve seen in a long time.

I wanted to stop watching the game after the 3rd. Only reason I didn’t is I wanted to see if Tua would get worse. And he did. If I was a Phins’ fan, I would think hard about giving him big money.

That was a great pass he underthrew to Hill that resulted in a TD.

Their entire offense for 60 minutes.

Impressive.

Including Super Bowl wins, the Patriots have won 42 post season games since the Dolphins won their last playoff game.

They did some of their Super Bowls in that mix though. Several of them.

You can take the QB out of Hawaii, but you can’t take Hawaii out of the QB

Fish squished

Woke up at 6:15 to watch this one on NFLN 3-6
AM replay. Skipped commercials but it was abrupt coming out of them as it always is.

Gronk > Kelce
Gray > Kelce

Fish had one good play, 3 if you count the CEH fumble at end of game and the Mahomes IG

Hoping Miami keeps Tua bwahahahahaha

The AFC is going to be utter hell to compete in for the foreseeable future. If Herbert gets a competent HC, you'll have a bunch of cyborgs running that conference for 10 years.

I was super impressed with Mahomes yesterday, such a mature performance from him. Dude's a fucking killer, he's not going anywhere. The older he gets, the less he'll put up video game numbers and the more he'll do the little things to beat teams in the biggest moments. And then there's Allen, Lamar, Burrow, Stroud... I'm just glad all of the top 3 QBs in the upcoming draft are guys with very good to great physical traits, you can't compete against this crew with the Tua types. Just can't do it. Pats have to get a cyborg of their own and hope he pans out.

Here's the weather for the Bills game ..

...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM SATURDAY TO 1 PM EST
MONDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow and strong winds expected. Total
snow accumulations of 1 to 3 feet in the most persistent lake
snows. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph. The strongest winds
will be Saturday into Sunday. Blizzard conditions will be
possible at times, especially Saturday night and Sunday.

* WHERE...The Eastern Lake Ontario Region.

* WHEN...From 4 PM Saturday to 1 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult to impossible.
Widespread blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility.
Strong winds could cause tree damage.
The Pats / Titans game was about the same, we all dealt with it
...had the Patriots not blown the last two games of 2019 and gotten a bye, they would have played a divisional game at Gillette in plus 60 degree weather. You never know.

Mahomes is the best I have ever seen at using the space behind the line of scrimmage. He seems intuitively to understand it is a part of the field that can be used. He was taking 25 to 30 yard drop backs at times yesterday. Sometimes to throw it away but often times just to give himself more field to work with and create layers.

He knows he can always get out of it and will never get sacked because he has a crazy good internal clock and the ability to wait for the perfect moment to let the defense commit while he still has an escape hatch.

100% agree, that's his actual superpower, not the side arm stuff. He runs a 4.81 40 and still is the best scrambler (not runner) I've seen at the position. He interprets and processes space so fucking fast, he knows where everyone is and where the gaps will be at all times, and then of course has the arm to make any throw from any platform he puts himself in, in the process. He's never sacked, he can always buy time for something to break open, and if you come after him he's competent enough pre snap to know where the ball should go.

He's not close to the processor Brady and Manning were, in terms of pure arm talent I don't think he's in Rodgers and Allen's league, but the whole package is top 3 all time level already because he's so gifted inside the pocket and has crazy body control.
