Somewhere Donovan McNabb nodding in approval of the urgency of that drive.

Speaking of Tua, once again - that 2021 "legendary" QB class continues to look like all busts. (Lawrence relatively a bust from what he was touted to be)

If Pitt wins 2 games, Pat can get to the SB with never leaving Arrowhead. Interesting to see if refs can get it done.

Half the time I'm expecting a double pass, but then I just realize it's a lame sideways pass for no gain or worse.
The one to Mostert on the last drive was so slow developing that I was sure it was a double pass. But nah, just an easily sniffed out lateral pass for a loss of yards.

Chiefs “righted the ship the last month of the season”. So that involved beating the Pats, and losing to the Raiders. These color guys are so freakin’ bad.

But if they say it enough times the refs will start to believe it and act accordingly

How many plays with loopy sideline throws do they have on that play sheet?

Oh, in that case didn't MIA trade back from 3 to 6 that draft? Could have had Herbert? That sounds right now.
That was reportedly what was ultimately responsible for Flores' downfall in Miami. He wanted Herbert and resented Tua/ownership after being saddled with him. He was right and would very likely still have a job had they drafted Herbert.

He's basically responsible for the league's transition from heavy cover 3/cover 1 into the heavy zone/two deep safety coverage schemes that has been stifling offenses this year.
Don't know what that means but I’m going to accept your word for the fact that he is good.

What’s instructive is that after Tua‘s rookie year it was quite clear that unless you surrounded him with elite weapons he could not succeed. And so Miami pushed all their draft/trade capital on making that happen. There was no way this team would be anything other slightly above average. And now they have to make a decision on Tua in the offseason. While he is clearly not good enough to get them over the hump (& only McDaniel may have ever believed he could be), they‘re stuck in purgatory— there‘s no clear path to an upgrade (though to be fair, mediocrity is a peak experience for any Phins fan under 45).
