Story was good this spring, but that means nothing once the regular season begins.
It will get easier quickly despite being on the road. Oakland is Oakland and I bet the Angels aren’t as good without Ohtani.

Crazy how Devers makes this feel like a solid lineup, but without him seems very underwhelming.

Have to wonder if Cora gives two fucks any more. Tough lefty pitcher last inning and he lets two lefty hitters that aren’t exactly Williams or Musial hit against him.
I still think he will hit. His at bats have already been better than last year's at bats, this entire staff is just elite from top to bottom. They are going to make a lot of offenses look terrible for 3-4 games.
I don’t like losing Casas from the game. Feels like when Papi would be pinch ran for and we’d end up with Ricky Gutierrez hitting with the bases loaded in the 11th.
Thinking of the same thing. I think Tito pinched ran for Big Papi once and his turn came up later in 2004. I don’t think the pinch ran for him again.
