I really wish they would change this to it must be reviewed at full speed. Litigating it down to a couple of inches seems to go agains the spirit of the original intent of eliminating egregious offsides misses.

So basically in like 5 minutes he tried to head hunt Pastrnak, cross checked JVR in the back, then hurt himself trying to take McAvoy’s knee out.

Same guy that was whining about getting targeted back in 2014, then his brother completely checked out of the Montreal season. Fuck both of them.

And that I think is my biggest problem with the offside rule. Challenge it or don’t - don’t give them 5 minutes to think about it while looking at video on the bench. Remove that aspect and you’re back to the spirit of the rule - the egregious ones.
