11/8 - Giving Sixers fans a case of the Wednesdays

It sucks when games are on Wednesdays because I have recurring meetings on Wednesday nights and so I'm only semi-present in those meetings, as the Celtics are more important to me than whatever is being blathered on about in the meetings. It's made me feel like Wednesdays are my Mondays, and I dread them a little bit, which led me to think about having a case of the Wednesdays, instead of a case of the Mondays, but then I looked that phrase up on Urban Dictionary and that's not really what I'm getting at.

However, I decided to put it in the title of the thread regardless because I liked the absurdity of it, and I'm quite confident that once Sixers fans get a load of the fully functional battle station that is the Boston Celtics tonight, they will have a case of the Wednesdays.

Go Cs. Smash the Sixers.

ESPN indicates White will play. Pillage Philadelphia.

How did Tatum not get the call on the rip through, after not getting the call when Embiid took out his legs?

Embiid must absolutely hate playing Boston. Jrue is clearly bothering him, even if Embiid can shoot right over him.

That's the possession I love. Spread the floor, get Embiid out there on KP, pump fake and right to the rim.

MA
They really need to develop a bread and butter play between Brown and KP that they can spam when Tatum sits.

I never like putting unnecessary fouls on your best player.
Tatum intentionally using a foul to give with 8 seconds left in the 1st quarter is the single dumbest thing I’ve ever seen watching nba basketball.

If Joe called for that, Brad may need to fire him at the half.

Sixers are good, but they could really use an Immanuel Quickely instant-offense-type guy off the bench. I can't put my finger on it exactly but they need more of an x-factor on offense. Everything feels very "known commodity" with them.

Nick Nurse being insufferable as always plus Philly. A match made in heaven.
