Nice little run there, good job by JB pulling it back there and not just driving into traffic,

Strus among the ranks of NBA players who have never committed a foul.

I hate possessions where only one Celtic—in this case Tatum—only touches the ball.

That shot by Tatum from the left wing sucked. Move the fucking ball.

Can't believe Garland missed that last three, but it seemed like Cavs finally ran out of gas at the end. Mitchell couldn't keep the heat going.

Those two guards are tough, obviously. I felt they deserved this one, though. They did pretty well on the glass. Mostly good decisions on offense. I liked to see them mix in some different PnR coverages. A few too many TOs, but it's never going to be perfect.

Good win, D locked in and Brown played great down the stretch to close it out.
Cavs were 19-45 from 3, Cs were 18-44. I would not have guessed it was that close.

KP and Tatum both with a 20-10 game, and 5 guys with 3 or more assists. Bench all has great +/- numbers. Strong win in the face of some really good performances. Allen is awesome on D.

Sure was odd that the Cavs didn’t try to extend the game with fouls.
Guess they figured we weren’t going to miss anyway.

I know they don’t want to go crazy jumping out on screens all game in December but it is kind of frustrating to see them play soft D the majority of the night and then blow the doors off playing more aggressive.

Edit: Good to know they can turn it up when needed, of course, but I just don’t really buy the “wow those guys just can’t miss!” stuff when they’re giving great shooters free looks so often.

Fantastic win. Celtics were 26-26 from the charity stripe. I love it when they hit all of their FTs.

Late in the 3rd quarter the jumbotron froze for 3 or 4 minutes when the Cs went from losing to winning so to the crowd it looked like we were getting killed while we were taking control of this game

Maybe the Cavs ran out of gas at the end, but what I saw was clamps and top notch execution in the last 6 or so. Impressive.
I think this team has the ability to fully concentrate for 5-10 minutes and basically turn a game to where the other team is basically done. I’m hoping they’re coasting a bit in the regular season and can turn it up a notch in the playoffs.. they seem to be making winning games sort of routine.. even when they start slow.
