The 6 fouls were ugly, but he showed flashes of a guy who could, with a little luck, turn into a back-end rotation piece. He’s only 24, and you can’t teach that kind of size and athleticism.

He very much looks like Dollarama Robert Williams. Perhaps with some smoothing of edges we could get him up to 5 Below Robert Williams instead.

It would seem that the team had this one circled. Jaylen especially was going after it. Seemed like the C's also made sure they matched Orlando's physicality which was nice to see. They also crashed the boards all night.

One thing I realized after tonight's game is... I don't know what over the back is anymore.

Missed the first 3 quarters so will have to watch the full recording tomorrow but “over the back” isn’t a foul in the rule book. Typically a shorter player will have position and a taller player will jump and reach over to tip or grab the ball. There’s no foul unless illegal contact occurs. One of the many myths about basketball rules.

Didn't get to watch but was very pleasantly surprised to see the score when I got home. Watched the highlights and Jaylen was throwing down with some force! Great to see PP have a shooting night too, he's been pretty solid so when the 3's start falling he can be a real asset.
