Brissett thought he was still in Maine. Can’t dunk over NBA players, even if a Brooklyn scrub is only a marginal NBA player.

PS Someday Pritchard is going to average 22 ppg for a 25-win team.
Na, PP is destined for lifetime indentured C's servitude.

For a team that looked already looked ready for the ASB a week or two before the Lakers game, they really closed things out leading up to the break.

The Celtics worst record over a 10 game stretch this season is the 6-4 run from in early January beginning with the OKC loss and ending with the Denver loss. That’s a pretty insane level of consistency.

A 50 point win heading into the all star break works for me. It's going to be a long 8 days until the next game.

Giving up 31 fourth quarter points is unacceptable. Hopefully this coach can figure things out during the break

Too bad they couldn't get Walsh a bucket - only Cs player who suited up not to score
Played a real shift too (18 minutes), not just 5 minutes at the end. Oh well.

Svi played 13 minutes and didn't take a single 3 point shot, the first time he's played more than 4 minutes without a 3PA. He's leading the team in 3PA's per 36.

Can the Cs increase their average point differential by close to 1 tonight? Lol
Not quite, but this did put their point differential back over 10. 2.9 points ahead of OKC.

Walked past a bar after dinner with my wife. Looked thru the window at the TV. Thought it said 90-48. Had to ask her to confirm. I thought it was cataracts suddenly worsening. Holy shiite.

HRB did his best to kill our enthusiasm for Nesmith, too.
Ha, fair point, a lot of deer in headlights + game hasn't slowed down for him yet (which wasn't altogether inaccurate at the time).

AN still goes 100 mph in a 30 mph zone, except now he is 30lbs heavier, chiseled, and nailing3s at 45%.
If he turned into a 20ppg player in a few seasons it wouldn't shock me.

Have to give Indiana's front office credit. Moving two high-quality veterans in Sabonis & Brogdon. Many NBA teams hang on to those vets and just live in purgatory. Nope they went out and added rising/blocked youngsters in Halliburton & Nesmith.
