With the trade back with Denver, the Niners basically get Stevie Johnson for free. (gave up a '15 4th rounder for him, got one in return). Not a bad move.

Amazing. SF ends up in essence trading a 7th this year for a 4th next year, and all they had to do was drop one spot in this round.

Marshall Faulk actually just made a good point.  The only two teams to run the ball 50% of the time last year were the Niners and Seahawks.  Running backs may not be the most important position anymore, but I think the league may have overcorrected, and now, they are being undervalued.
Is this due to their running backs or running QBs though?

Apparently the the receiver the Seahawks drafted has been clocked as low as 4.28 in the 40. That is some nice speed to add to their wide receiving corps, and possibly as a new punt returner.

Got to imagine he's going to return kicks in an attempt to keep Harvin healthy

Wow.  I don't have any idea how I missed Chris Johnson signing with the Jets.  I've been working way too much.  I guess now I know why the Titans went RB.
