As someone who drafted him in the 1st round last year, I strenuously object to calling it a breakout year last year.

For this format consider Furyk drops because he plays a similar schedule to a European (not one of the top ones of course) = not enough events

Has Piercy been a 2nd round pick every year? I feel like he's always overvalued.

Lot of different ways I can go with this one, but gonna pick someone I enjoy rooting for. I had hoped for Holmes or Haas to fall to me, but alas.

I feel like we're all moving together on how we value players so everyone is just taking each other's picks and it's down to personal preference. Especially in the first couple rounds.

Ha, I specifically passed over Woodland cause I can't stand him (probably irrationally). I was hoping for Haas but happy with Piercy.

T4p - a lot has changed in drafting strategy since the first year. Lots of predictable picks now and then we will start to see the rookies pour in way earlier than they used to.

I had 8 guys lined up to choose from between pick 30 and 51 and I doubt a single one will be left.

Great pick. That was my guy. I really wanted him to make it back to me. Oh well.

I went back and forth between Kirk and Kisner but went with the latter due to major tournaments already qualified for

TONY FINAU

Probably a tad early, but he falls in the category of "if I don't pick him with 1 of my picks here, he won't be around in the 4th or 5th." Hoping for a breakout season.

So I guess I am up. I forgot to email my spreadsheet to my work email, but as Rory is already hurt I don't want to make the league wait 9 hours till I get home from work. I will try to make my picks shortly.

You're good with Grace, he's available.

You still have one more. Try not to take 3 hours like FL4WL3SS did.

HeaveyDe trying to reassemble my team from last year (McIlroy, Grace in the first 2 rounds), He can't have my man Grillo, but tthe rest of my team from last year should be available in the 8th round or so

It was just the way it played out. In order to keep things moving I will make my next pick now. I know there are higher rated golfers out there, but this guy isn't coming back to me.
I pick Jamie Lovemark

LOUIS OOSTHUIZEN

I was considering both Grace and Oosty, heavyde made the choice for me. I wanted another higher end player qualified into the WGC's and majors. Plus, I enjoy rooting for Louis and he has the smoothest swing on tour. He's an injury risk though.

Great pick on Louis. He was one of the guys I was referring to as higher ranked when I picked Lovemark.
I figured I have my majors pretty much covered with Rory if healthy so I went with Jamie as I think he will be a strong guy in the lesser events.

One of my favorite(of many) Feherty announcing moments was a couple years ago when Oostie pushed a hybrid into a hazard. Feherty's call was "My god, even his bad shots are beautiful"

I really like the Jamie Lovemark pick - he was my first choice for my third round pick. Currently have 4 guys left that I would be happy with and 8 picks to go.
