Anderson is getting yards because he provides a bit of an element of surprise, but that's about it. If they want to win anything, Gurley is the guy who will get it done.

The flag that they threw and then picked up was not for the hold on Cooks. They were going to call offensive pass interference, which was laughable.
So Pereira agreed with them for picking up the flag, but no mention of the hold on Cooks.
And if you bench one of your starters, and then bring him in ice cold and throw it to him on the first play and he drops it, that's on the coach, IMO.
