That's the third one of those I've seen in the past 3 weeks. The Pats did one a couple of weeks ago. Those types are plays are game changers.

So if I live in a building with a basement garage, shouldn’t there be a way to open the electric garage door in case of a blackout? (As we are currently having)

Getting very nervous about the eventual big earthquake.

Your garage door should have a rope hanging down from the near the door with a red handle on it. Pull that and you can manually open the door

There should be a red string you can pull on the belt it rides on.
