Finally watched this, and it was very entertaining. I've seen numbered UFC events recently that were weaker.
I hadn't heard f Maycee Barber before tonight, but it looks like she's ready to be a force in the UFC. She's one of the few girls I'v seen who throws heavy hands and is a legitimate knock out threat. And
@EvilEmpire, I watched some of her fights on YouTube tonight, and she doesn't look to be a slouch on the ground at all. She has a couple submission finishes, and one of the fights I saw, she bested her opponent on the ground who was constantly trying to take her down as the ground was her specialty. Flexible, stong legs, good D, and always looking for submission angles. Oh, and she has a bit of a mouth & attitude, so she's going to be a great self-promoter. Very much looking forward to more of her fights.
I haven't seen the last couple Greg Hardy fights. Controversy and competition level aside, what surprised me was how greatly he's improved since the last time I saw him. He's actually playing D now, has pretty good footwork, has added some (heavy) high and low leg kicks to his arsenal, is feinting a lot and just fighting much more methodically in general, which is important because obviously he's not going to be able to knock everyone out in 30 seconds, especially against tougher competition. He even threw a Superman punch in there for good measure (but didn't connect). He's obviously working very hard at this.
Also haven't seen Yair in a while. He's always so fun to watch due to his vast array of kicks. Stephens is one tough SOB.
