As Teddy has been saying, they don’t have a true 9 they can lob balls to. Grealish, Foden, or Sterling need to run at a defender or 3 and make something happen.

Agreed. The psychological advantage of a comeback like this seems huge. I can only hope it gets diluted with a > 3 week break before the final.
It'd have ended almost immediately after the Real second, which wouldn't have been less dramatic.
