Chinese food makes me sick. The potential of Vlahovic, Chinese, and Dybala (if Juventus keep them all) has me salivating.
(I know what you are saying and that is a potentially dangerous attacking trio)

I'd prefer they at least be given the option of playing their "home" games at a neutral site. Sports is the most important outlet for so many people, and I always get disheartened when politics interrupts sports. That's not to say I don't like when PLAYERS or leagues stand up for some principles that matter to them, but rather situations like a friggin war interrupting UEL.That’s the easy part. Renouncing the Gazprom sponsorship deal will be the painful part.
Not to mention the fact they haven’t cancelled - and have no plans to cancel - the upcoming games involving Russian teams ( Europa league I believe)
Mind you those are away games. I can’t conceive of forcing a team to travel to Russia right now. They really should just have them (the Russian team) forfeit
Shalke have already dumped Gazprom, and their financial situation was already precarious due to the knock-on effects of COVID and relegation. It should be a lot less painful for UEFA to do the right thing here. That’s the easy part. Renouncing the Gazprom sponsorship deal will be the painful part.

For about 90 seconds or so.That Lautaro shot! Wow.
Now it’s a match.
Hes been a real asshole out there all day.Sanchez with a dodgy second yellow and he’s off
Mind you the first yellow should have been a redArsenal DNA there by Alexis.
Thought the decision was harsh given the game context. All these cards given to players on the followthrough of their kicks are kind of ridiculous. You kick the ball and your leg will go places afterwards and you can't really control that. It will inevitably also end up studs up at times in that follow through.
Fair enough. I didn't see that one.Mind you the first yellow should have been a red
Yeah.. I'm not sure what a player is supposed to do when they kick the ball while sliding. I understand if it were an unnatural motion or if there was even some sort of malice in it, but it looked completely natural even in slow-mo.. and the amount of power he actually had left was minimal at the end of his slide.Arsenal DNA there by Alexis.

That shouldn't be a factor in the second call though...given that it was the ref's decision to keep him on.Mind you the first yellow should have been a red
I'm not even watching yet, but I think it's hard to say that regardless. With so much quality all over the pitch, any 1v1 matchup could swing a match. IOW, MANC might be better than PSG at 8/11 positions and have better tactics for a match, but if Mbappe is skinning Cancelo repeatedly it doesn't really matter as long as PSG can reasonably cope with MANC's superiority in the MF and attack.Watching Real-PSG, my general thought is that any of City, Liverpool, or Chelsea would smash these sides. There is quality all over the pitch but the level of defensive intensity and time on the ball allowed is shocking.
Anything can happen in this competition and Guardiola's foibles in the CL knockouts are real, but I would have City as a big favorite over PSG. I don't think they even have better players but the difference in intensity and organization is pretty striking. Watching PSG-Madrid is like a throwback to an earlier age in football when teams just took turns having possession and letting their star players try things offensively while the other side dropped deep and kind of jogged around.I'm not even watching yet, but I think it's hard to say that regardless. This could just be a cagey affair with Real not wanting to get exposed and commit numbers forward until forced to do so. And similarly, PSG doesn't have to seek out a goal as they snuck by with a 1-0 at home in the first leg.
