Most notable thing in the playoffs has been what they just said. Who can layoff balls out of the zone? Chase rate has been everything. Rangers, Dbacks and Astros so far just will not chase.

At this rate, the Red Sox will end the season with the same number of post season wins as the Rays, Jays, Orioles, and Yankees.
East not so much of a beast after all.

Gee, that sounds smart, but you have warned us that you don't know what you're talking about, so now I don't know what to think!

What'd the O's do at the deadline? Seems as though they should have gone for a starting pitcher

I don’t know what I am talking about, but sometimes what I do is think about what a smarter person would say, and then I just say that.

Jack Flaherty doesn’t count? Seriously, they needed to move some position player prospects for pitching.

It should be noted that Bradish was ver good this year and Rodriguez was solid after his recall.

Fair enough, I guess I was thinking they might have needed a "been there, done that" veteran since they knew they were postseason bound

I wonder how the Orioles announcers are doing. Are they allowed to mention they are losing, or is that a firing offense?

"The Orioles have a solid hold on second place today, while the Rangers look as though they'll finish next to last"

Can someone tell me why soft-focus Derek Jeter is supposed to make me want to buy a Jeep?

Gunnar is easily one of my favorite AL East players, on both sides of the ball.

There is plenty of time for the Rangers pen to blow a 5 run lead. Though, the O's worn out pen keeping them at 10 runs...hard to be optimistic about that.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but this game ain’t over.
Rangers not doing some little things. Had a tough mental error last inning, then the mini-squander with bases loaded no out. Os still need a lot to go right but Rangers have opened the door a tiny crack.

At a minimum, Os need to a pitcher to throw some strikes and get some outs.
