Had 3 guys to choose from here. This guys is just making a lot of cuts this year. Hopefully he plays a lot and lands a top 10 here or there.

This year is tough - remembering to check the liv roster before picking people you think may have been overlooked.

You can feel the impact on the backend of this draft due to LIV. Probably 30-35 players that would be picked in the top 4 rounds. Makes rounds 6-8 all feel like rounds 7-8 in the past.

@FL4WL3SS Kevin Yu was already picked by ezemerson. Please pick again. But everyone else can make their picks in the meantime as explicitly stated in the DRAFT RULES ON THE FIRST POST

306, row 14
This is where we bear the brunt of the LIV defections.

I think FL4WL3SS just moved around the letters for his previous pick, Mattias Schwab, and invented Matti Schmid.

(I've actually heard of him)

I also like it when I’m adding players to my watch list on the leaderboard and their names are right next to each other but I’d never make a draft strategy out of it.

I also think we're starting to see the results of the changes to Q school and the amount of talent that first needs to go through KFT. There is a huge influx of well established (younger) players pushing out old vets each year. This is happening at a much higher rate than it used to. Guys are entering the Tour ready to win. 20 years ago, that never happened, we used to consider 28-35 a pros prime and it would take guys that long to figure out how to win on tour.

I think there's two groups of guys though: The stars/major contenders who are ready to contend much earlier than in the past and then there's the ham-and-eggers who grind out a living on tour cashing in the secondary tournaments as they hit their mid 30s prime. That's why this draft is so interesting in the later rounds: Do you pick a lottery ticket Korn Ferry kid with high variance or a very good older tour pro who might rack up a ton of weekends in non-majors but never come close to podiums?

I have zero faith that any of these LIV guys are keeping their games tuned up enough to compete in majors.
Cam and DJ were the only ones I'd personally consider for that very reason.
