Worst Pats OL I have ever seen, even for preseason. Interesting to see Sow at RT since one theory is that he might fill that hole

This game is a bit unwatchable. Makes me wonder how far away we are from mandated joint practices and no preseason games (assuming the teams can monetize those).

The offense line play has been so bad that it’s impossible to glean any info from the offense other than the backup line sucks

I would wager that eventually they’ll have preseason games AND monetized joint practices. Any way to increase revenue.

There has never been a better example of how utterly useless those training camp completion percentage stats are than watching this first half and then finding out Zappe was 10/12. Not all completions are created equal.

Something to consider after listening to Zo say Zappe wouldn't play at all and instead he made it into the 3rd quarter.

For those bored if this, Massachusetts is playing Maine in the Regional championship for a trip to Williamsport on ESPN. I know the pitcher and his the coach for the Massachusetts team.

I guess. I just have zero interest in hearing what a great guy Matthew Slater is for the billionth time.
I mean, it’s the first preseason game in the second half. There’s only so much you can talk about guys who have little chance of making the practice squad much less the team.

I know the game is boring but why do they insist on these stupid gabfests while ignoring the game.
This really pisses me off. Obviously if I am tuning in to a preseason game I want to watch football, so do me a fucking favor and talk about the game. Why do these morons think I want to listen to their podcast with football on in the background? Like how is this a thing that happens. Who is producing this shit.

Tangent, but I guess I missed where RI & CT are now in the "Metro" region with NY & NJ and it is only MA, VT, NH & ME in the New England region. I only found out when it mentioned on the local news that Smithfield, RI was playing Massapequa, NY in the regional final.

I started turning the sound off on every sporting event that I watch. Been doing it for like two years now. It makes game so much better not hearing the nonsense.
I can normally tune out announcing and I like the sounds of the game but some of these broadcast are running parallel programming and I don’t get who it is for. My dream is the game being mic’d with no announcing.

I did mute Tess, Booger, and the Tight End.

The guy doing color for the Pats is like if Tommy was really really dumb. I would be ok with it if I was a Pats fan.

It would be great to have an “arena noise only “ option on the broadcast.
