They're up 3, but this is one of their worst efforts in awhile. They're just not up for this game, and the 3-point disparity is masking that.
It might not be their best effort but that quick burst of five points to extend out the lead and force a Dallas timeout just now is a reminder that they’re always a threat. Almost reminds me of the Brady years when no Pats deficit seemed insurmountable

This team does get flustered when things aren’t clicking. But they also are so damn talented that they can snap off a run even when things are tough

After the Pacers - Bucks game at the in season tournament I was standing outside the arena. ESPN and TNT broadcasts were right next to one another where they could actually converse and carry on.

Chuck at one point yelled at his colleagues at the four letter network, “Hey, at least you guys have Malika to look at! We got nobody over here!”
This anecdote is simultaneously both unsurprising and disappointing.

Regardless of how the challenge goes, awful awareness to let Exum drive the lane that way with so little time left.

(yeah it was a good quarter; I just feel ornery and game-thready today, sue me)

you're right, in a game thready way.

PP was brought in to slow a full-court dribble to the rim. Somebody has to make the ball handler pass

What's KP supposed to do in that situation? Getting hit in the groin naturally doubles you over. If you don't want to call it an offensive foul because it's a natural shooting motion (sure), split the baby and call it a jump ball.

Tatum has already played 34 minutes. Should be interesting to see how much of the 4th quarter he plays.

Brown had that weirdass hesitant 3 pointer in the 3rd quarter, and since then he seems to be playing way more decisively.
