I honestly hope they keep resting KP and some of the olds in various games in the playoffs, depending on the situation.
I could see them circling a couple games down the stretch as playoff warmup games and playing everybody who is available (Bucks, Thunder, Knicks), but other than that they have a lot of games against the dregs from here on out where they should be resting guys.

I feel like we’ve been a few months into the Celtics supposedly having the league’s easiest schedule. I don’t even know what that means at this point.
16 games left, Wizards twice, Hornets twice, Pistons twice, Hawks twice, Bulls and Blazers in there.

2 games @ ATL, with 2 days rest. While now having 3 games in 4 days in 3 cities? What POS schedules this?

Suns have big time “lesser than the sum of their parts” vibes.
Lots of guys taking turns doing iso but none of that really matters anyway if their D is going to be so trash.

JB has been such a freaking beast lately. Little brothering pretty much anyone trying to defend him these days.

Sam Cassell is a winner. He was very key in those 2 Rockets titles as a NEWBIE, obviously key in 08 to mentor Rajon,, key to getting to getting that trash franchise the Twolves to the WCF, key to getting another trash franchise, the Clips their first playoff series win, and now doing it as asst coach. Silent assassin. One of the most underrated people in NBA history.

Shaq is just…not good. At all
When they shoot the ball well, they win.. when they don't they lose... No, shit.

It's like these guys don't know that the C's do shoot a lot of threes, but they also do a lot of work in the paint..

It’s one thing to not have good defensive players, but the Suns absolutely look like they also don’t care a lot.

Anything is possible but I’d bet on them blowing this up within a year—-get what you can for Beal and Durant and rebuild around Booker.

Nobody wants Bradley Beal at $161MM over the next 3 seasons.

They'll have to attach a couple of 1sts to him

May as well sentence your team to purgatory

I mean actually during the playoffs against certain teams and scenarios. Might be wise to rest Al/KP/Jrue.

Might be easier to not fuck around and not have either of the first two rounds go the full seven games this time.

This team kicks the crap out of people with 1-2 stars resting as is. If they go 7 against a vastly inferior team doing the same thing they’ve done all year, they will have choked. I’m not saying they should rest people every game, but if you’re up 2-0 heading to, say, Orlando, I would not be surprised to see Al or KP get a night off.

The coach is out there trying to block shots after the whistle. Not dressing a key player for a playoff game to rest them doesn't really comport with that mentality.

Maybe going light with minutes in a given game if they are blowing a team out.

I would. This is insane. You don't rest in the postseason.

Yeah.. the postseason schedule also isn’t like the regular season.. less travel and more time between games. Guys are rested in the reg season on b2b and when the schedule is packed.. there’s no reason to do that in the playoffs.
