Like, did Luke just never work out before this year or something? Used to eat nothing but McD’s? He’s so much more athletic. He’s twice the rebounder he was last year.

Tatum just decided “I’m the best player on the court and I’m winning this game” with 5 minutes left

Its fine. Mazzulla should use it whenver he can regardless of score and time. No exceptions - that's how you take care of little things.
Oh I know, I love how he says he's going to put the same effort into coaching garbage time since the players put in max effort and I'd rather him coach til the end. Still doesn't mean I can't find it funny

Following up, we have another game with them, so we can end up 2 to 2. The 2nd tiebreaker is "2) Division leader wins tie from team not leading a division." I for some reason can't wrap my head around that sentence so we must not have whatever that is locked up yet

edit: I guess in division wins just weird wording
if the Celtics and Bucks are tied then the Celtics win the next tiebreaker by being the Atlantic Division leader if the Bucks are not leading their division.

Oh I don't doubt it, I looked it up. I'm just surprised it wasn't the first thing they mentioned when the game ended to the point I'm questioning my sanity

Pritch with 8 dimes against zero turnovers. No surprise he's the big +/- leader. Tatum was actually sort of mediocre - 5 turnovers, only 2 boards, which is rare for him. But he got to the line and took over when he had to.

So the Celts need to win one more or the Bucks need to lose one more for this not to matter?

Bulls are just flawed from the jump. You can't win in today's NBA without legit 3-point shooters and with such a 2-point focused shot profile. Cs hit 12 more threes and won by 11 because they took 24 more threes.

It has been a fairly soft schedule, but still kind of wild this team had won 9 in a row while resting multiple starters most nights. Absolute wagon.

#1 seed in East is clinched. If Boston loses every remaining game, and the Bucks win them all, they will be tied head to head, will both have won their division, and will have identical EC records. The next tiebreaker is record vs. EC playoff teams, which the Celtics have clinched.

They had a brutally front-loaded schedule, and now the other shoe is dropping. Playing a lot of teams who are worse than "2-3 Celtics starters + some role players".
