Yeah, this is gross. Need to handle business against garbage teams, and they haven't done that all year. Just another example so far tonight.
yeah, with 3x3 being all about puck possession, a back foot slapper from the blue line with nobody within 30 feet of the goalie isn't a great decision.not real thrilled with the shot selection by Bergeron that led to the goal there. But what do I know.
I didn't see the game well, but read the close caption from across the restaurant. Did Brick and Jack have an exchange where one of them offered the opinion that Senyshyn's playing time this game was a specific message from the coach? Did something happen when he was on the ice that would prompt him to get benched? Why dress Senyshyn over Bjork if he's only going to play 2 minutes a period? Seems like a waste.
He kind of stunk. Lost a lot of puck battles, didn't look very engaged, and overall didn't play well.I didn't see the game well, but read the close caption from across the restaurant. OK, so if he benched, there *was* poor play behind any messaging. Thank you for the info.He kind of stunk. Lost a lot of puck battles, didn't look very engaged, and overall didn't play well.
They really don’t have the assets to “go for it”, and they really don’t have anyone that would get a return that would make “selling” worth it. I think their best course of action is to play the young guys and evaluate who can play and who can’t going into next season. This team is one of the top 4 teams in the division. It isn't one of the top 4 teams in the league though, and that should be the threshold for "going for it" given how depleted the system is
