If they lose I don’t need to try to remember to start one of these tomorrow.

I probably won’t even be able to watch. Whatever.

I am thrilled that I'll be awake for a Bello start.
This should be fun.
p.s. Answer to the question in the thread title: I do.

Right Here
I might actually tune into this one...

Can't lose two out of three to these guys though. We've given away too much to teams that suck.

Every time I see the Oakland catcher, I think of the Stephen King story/TV miniseries The Langoliers. I read that in high school and it scared the hell out of me.

Oh no! Just when I had gotten over that trauma. Man this freaked me out. Never realized how words on a page could scare me like this story. I was a big scaredy-cat as a kid, and I will say that King got me hooked on horror and spooky things.

If they win this game, they executed well. If they lose - and we all know that no loss is acceptable during a baseball season - its because Chaim is awful and Cora even worse.

I learned this from YOU!!!

I wonder how many "regulars " get the bonus day off here. Seems that Raffy should, but I'm guessing at least two more. I'm not shocked if Turner is another and we see an infield of Chang, Kike', Arroyo and Casas.
Lefty starter for Oakland, so you never know

Game 96
It hurts to lose to a team in last place.
We’ve got to beat the bad teams that we face.
Could have been a big night, That’s not the case.
Sox could have made a big move in the race.
Each East team loss, but we only kept pace.
The offense and defense both fell from grace,
leaving or letting too many on base.
It’s tough pitching ______. (Fill in the blank space.)
We’ll bounce back today with Bello, our Ace.

God I hope not. Day off tomorrow, so I hope he goes full blast. Every game the door closes a little bit more.... Houston is going to be a buyer. Baltimore. Toronto. I suspect the Yankees may be in sell mode which would be nice to face an even-more depleted Yankees club down the stretch. But right now I really hope Cora is starting to move past the "marathon" and getting into "sprint mode".

I need to thank you. I saw this movie on TV when I was a little kid, Like over 15 years ago, and I never remembered the title. It’s been one of those things that pops into my head at random as an adult and annoys the hell out of me.

I know this isn’t the case for most here, but I love the west coast games as they’re usually the only games I get home from work for in time to watch from the beginning. I thought this was another 6:40 start till I saw the day game thread bumped, and now I have to figure out how to watch Bello at work

Same. With the new pitch clock rules, I'm lucky to get home by the 8th inning of the east coast games.

I was going to ask about this Monday because I've been using that site as my bookmark to check lineups for at least a decade!
