It worked for the Steelers.Keeping Bleier in the roster was the biggest deadline mistake.

Well, it isn't fantasy baseball, it's a baseball simulator. There's a difference, grandpa.I haven't played fantasy baseball since Sandlot Slugger
Ort did it a couple of times. And Kluber, if you're counting cumulativelyDo we have anyone on the team that throws 100 mph?
Chris Martin? He will probably pitch 3-4 more times this yearDo we have anyone on the team that throws 100 mph? Why does every other team seemingly have a couple?
Nice shitty loss in an important game.
I'm already following a team that isn't playing real baseballWell, it isn't fantasy baseball, it's a baseball simulator.
Heh heh.I'm already following a team that isn't playing real baseball
TouchéI'm already following a team that isn't playing real baseball
I just put the Dodger game on-Do we have anyone on the team that throws 100 mph? Why does every other team seemingly have a couple?

They were the best team in baseball or close to it for awhile, screw them if they needed validation to keep performing.Yes they are pros and it shouldn’t matter, but the team has been terrible since Chaim flipped them the bird. This happened last season too. It is likely just a coincidence, but we will never know for sure.
They went on a hot streak for a month but this is who they are; a team with a severely flawed roster that will be lucky to finish .500. It had nothing to do with not adding at the deadline. In fact, playing well in July was the worst thing that could’ve happened to this organization.Yes they are pros and it shouldn’t matter, but the team has been terrible since Chaim flipped them the bird. This happened last season too. It is likely just a coincidence, but we will never know for sure.
This is why you get paid the big bucks. And Kluber, if you're counting cumulatively
It's called Fantasy Baseball for a reason.I'm already following a team that isn't playing real baseball
His first start was Sunday, 7/31/2005, the day after the bash. Maybe you stayed in town.Random question: Did I make up a memory where Papelbon’s first Major League start happened at a Bash? I recall being in attendance for that but something is also telling me that it was a Bash game and unfortunately many years of weed use may have distorted some stuff.
That’s gotta be the answer. I think my dad and I just hung around. His first start was Sunday, 7/31/2005, the day after the bash. Maybe you stayed in town.
I don’t disagree. They are pros and need to get their shit together. They were the best team in baseball or close to it for awhile, screw them if they needed validation to keep performing.
I would still sit him for a game or two. Give him time to clear his head and hopefully a little break can make Devers be back to who he should be.He’s trying to do too much. Trying to hit a home run every at bat. Benching him isn’t the answer. Getting Story back should help. Maybe get some other guys that can hit for power in the line up next year.
“Manny’s back! And he’s back big!”His first start was Sunday, 7/31/2005, the day after the bash. Maybe you stayed in town.
With Turner hobbled, you’d bench Devers, and play who- Pablo Reyes? In a pivotal series? Seems like an overreaction. He makes a lot of money now, but he’s kinda the guy he’s always been. He’s off to a bad start in August but how easily we forget the guy had a 1057 OPS in July. This team isn’t winning with Devers sitting on the bench.I would still sit him for a game or two. Give him time to clear his head and hopefully a little break can make Devers be back to who he should be.
They beat up Nola tonightDon't look now, but the Royals team that we play after this series just won its eighth game in a row.
But that's baseball.
