Can someone splain to me what the A's strategy is here; they won 97 games and they're going with a bullpen game?

And this guy sucks.
they basically have 1 good starter and he got hurt a few weeks ago, unless they wanted to throw smoke and mirrors edwin jackson this was probably their best option (especially when you can stack the roster with bullpen arms for a 1 game series)

Yankees asked to interview Melvin last year and the A’s said no, he has a contract. Happy the Sox didn’t. This guy he started tonight had one good month all year, and he starts (opens) him in the biggest game of the year.

If the Sox had as many injured pitchers as the Athletics, they wouldn't have won the division.

Severino hasn't allowed a hit. Walks don't count because it just means the batter is too scared to swing. The A's should just forfeit and get on the plane home, Game OVAH!!!
