Fantasy Premier League site way behind with their updated scoring today due to Boxing Day madness.

The contrast between Albrighton's early challenge on Clyne that was just a foul and Lallana's yellow sums up Martin Atkinson pretty nicely.

Taking off Vardy and Mahrez while behind is so 2004 Ranieri.

I assume he's doing it to keep them OK for the rest of the holiday period, but it sure looks odd.

California. Duh.
Liverpool manage to hold on despite blowing two different 2 on nobody breakaways.

And the first defense to keep Leicester City scoreless has Lovren and Sakho in the middle of it.

It's a silly game sometimes.

Benteke was waaaaay offside on Liverpool's last chance. It's the second or third time this year I've seen a linesman forget that there are supposed to be TWO players between an attacker and the goal when the keeper is out of position. They consistently call it as one outfield player.

Yep. I was wondering if I was missing something there. The announcers didn't mention it either.

Now Janmaat takes a cynical foul to stop a developing rush by Barkley while already on a yellow. Then Mbemba chops down Lennon, nothing shown.

Great last 15 minutes there from Everton-Newcastle. High energy, up and down the field play from both sides.

This is really the first match we've played against a team with an aggressive high press since losing our entire midfield and its showing. Flamini/Ramsey just isn't the pairing you want against a team that will press high. We'll see what happens in the second half when Saints will likely fall back a bit.

Gunners don't seem to be playing like a team that can get three in 30 minutes. What a dud.
