I think it’s a Jordan brand thing. Jeter is a Jordan athlete, and Michigan is a Jordan school.I know Jeter is from Michigan but he didn’t go to school there. Him acting like an alumni has always been weird.
Harbaugh is the true PenixYou have to be a real dick of a head coach to avoid the Gatorade shower.
THATS ThE WHOLE DAMN POINT
Dammit. I love that photo and can’t figure out how to attach it.the guys wearing the punts sweatshirts was a highlight of the season
Well, I'm in a good mood so whatever you need.So you won't help anytime soon?
I know he’s good, but any time someone says they want Harbaugh to replace BB I throw up in my mouth a little. You have to be a real dick of a head coach to avoid the Gatorade shower.
THATS ThE WHOLE DAMN POINT
Just a little?I know he’s good, but any time someone says they want Harbaugh to replace BB I throw up in my mouth a little.
He’s Vegas bound.I know he’s good, but any time someone says they want Harbaugh to replace BB I throw up in my mouth a little.
Why because he’s a dick and avoids Gatorade showers? Do those qualities make him a bad coach?I know he’s good, but any time someone says they want Harbaugh to replace BB I throw up in my mouth a little.
Hope they keep AP. Want Harbaugh in NFC so I can root for him more easily. He’s Vegas bound.
coming out of half with W getting the ball down 7 was closer than M fans wanted, that’s for sure. That game was a stinker. There was never a point where it felt the game could go either way, the scoreboard notwithstanding.
When it was 20-13 it felt like a big play or turnover from UW could swing it. That holding penalty on the pass to Odunze was huge. That game was a stinker. There was never a point where it felt the game could go either way, the scoreboard notwithstanding.
Yeah, I am sure as a Michigan fan, there was tension, but as a neutral it seemed pretty clear that while Michigan left some points on the field, Washington never was a threat to win.coming out of half with W getting the ball down 7 was closer than M fans wanted, that’s for sure.
The dropped pass on third down in the flat seemed to be a bit of a turning point too. When it was 20-13 it felt like a big play or turnover from UW could swing it. That holding penalty on the pass to Odunze was huge.
"holding"That holding penalty on the pass to Odunze was huge.
Brady won a Super Bowl with 145 yards passing. That's what a good running game and great defense can do for you.Michigan just won the National championship with 140 yards passing.
@NoEscalators
PAC-12 going out on the field like it went out off it: with the Big Ten taking whatever it wanted
I don’t think you can build a line through the portal actually. The line needs cohesiveness and trust and players knowing everyone’s tendencies. You can plug a hole but those guys need time to gel that the one-off won’t allow. With the transfer portal, it’s a lot easier now to build good, experienced lines. Michigan has a bunch of seniors and transfers on the o-line. Maybe we see more of a return to run first offense in the college game.
He did, actually, for a semester.I know Jeter is from Michigan but he didn’t go to school there. Him acting like an alumni has always been weird.
The Anti-Guerin Austin. You have to be a real dick of a head coach to avoid the Gatorade shower.
THATS ThE WHOLE DAMN POINT
Why not San Diego?
Back to the TorerosAztecs?
Wouldn’t call 2002 a different era, but maybe a half different era.Brady won a Super Bowl with 145 yards passing. That's what a good running game and great defense can do for you.
So even in a pinball-game world of offense, you can still win with a power running game and great defense, it seems.
And Happy for Andrew Steuber!Happy for Tom, Ty, Onwenu, and Uche
Sad for Lawyer
The offensive formula all year was based on a veteran, experienced OL. They weren't so good that they'll three-peat on the Joe Moore award, but everything was based off of them. The passing game was, frankly, unimaginative and lousy but leveraged Michigan's success with the TE/H-back position (Loveland, Barner, Bredeson et al). Their annual success with multiple TEs is something you don't see a lot at the college level. Between the OL depth and TEs, Michigan went "jumbo" a ton against Washington and just put their front 7 in the meat grinder.Brady won a Super Bowl with 145 yards passing. That's what a good running game and great defense can do for you.
