They actively are running out of bounds before the sticks, running plays opposite of blocks, dropping wide open passes and interceptions that hit their hands - it doesn’t make any sense. It’s not because of an overwhelming defense.
No, I mean, why would they throw the ACC championship game?

A bit of an explanation for the struggles
I don’t actually believe it but after those Iowa State and Iowa guys got caught it’s always in my head.
Honestly, nothing is more telling of how unbelievably dumb the whole college system is than the consensus #1 team all year loses to a top 8 team by a FG on a neutral field and somehow that loss is worse than any other loss for any other team and knocks them out... but they're also still so good that the team that beat them should get in despite losing to a worse team, who may or may not get in but is in a better spot than the #1 team, because they beat the team that beat the #1 team.....

Their backup QB will presumably be ready in a month. That said, he wasn’t too impressive last week. More impressive than this guy though.
Leave out the undefeated ACC champ over any of ‘Bama, Georgia (but I can see the argument for kicking them out of this discussion), or Texas. It’s unfortunate, but Travis isn’t coming back and they look well outside the top of the pack at this point.
