I like Rhule as a program builder but he is playing so afraid to lose that he cannot win. Made sense with the previous QB who absolutely sucked but could run a little. Purdy is decent enough to let him throw a little.
Rhule sucks
Both at pro and college level

Iowa throwing an interception, only to get an interception to get better field position. Iowa football in a nutshell.

With the Big Ten expansion coming it's honestly tough to see Nebraska ever just making a bowl game again. They've become a cursed program.

LOL yeah they should have stayed hooked on to Texas and wound up left at the altar by them and Okie like everybody else in the Big 12. They can suck in the Big Ten and still make tons of money and have security in the best conference for eternity.

Mizzou up 17-0 in Fayetteville. He's a real nice guy and in the top 10% of best humans who's a D1 CFB head coach, but Pittman has to go. Players doing well with NIL but that's because of businesses and not him, IMHO.

Jerry Jones in attendance
A Sooner commentating

Absolutely awful vibes for Texas. Only way it could be worse is if a senator made an appearance.

10-1 JMU isn't allowed to play in Sun Belt title game or a bowl game, unless there are not enough eligible teams. When week started they needed 11 wins out of 23 games in order to get a shot. That's down to 7.

19 point halftime lead is nice but way too many field goals and not enough touchdowns

GameDay showing clips from old Michigan-Ohio State games. Down by 2 in 1974, Michigan’s Mike Lantry missed a 33-yard field goal and Ohio State won 12-10. There was some controversy/question on whether actually made the kick. I didn’t know this part, but Reese Davis mentioned Joe Paterno did color commentary on that game and was one of the people who argued the field goal looked good. We gotta lot of old fans in here. Anyone else watch the game and have thoughts?

I did see it and did think it was as likely good as no good. You'll find a few YouTube videos, but the picture quality is so crummy, it doesn't tell you much.

Lantry had a good career; but Bo did have a track record of having weak kickers; lot of criticism of him not recruiting them aggressively, using walkons, etc.

missed opportunity for OSU. Michigan looked less than optimally prepared for the no-huddle

That’s wild. I always thought the most embarrassing call an official could make is missing an extra point or field goal.

That INT was totally on the QB and not Harrison. The announcer claiming that Harrison could have fought for that seems like some sort of weird bias. That was simply a bad throw.

You can tell by where the defender is standing when he hit him that he was in.
