You wouldn't get the same results just sticking him in an offense that wasn't built to run.
Goff is pretty good, has at worst the 2nd best OL in football, a stud WR, all pro TE, multiple other dynamic weapons and a high end offensive coordinator.
Mayo has…..none of that.

Why not? The Lions biggest weakness, secondary, is where the Chiefs are arguably weakest (receivers)

Sure they can. They don't seem like a team that beats themselves. KC's opponents had the appetite for (self-) destruction the last two weeks.
