Should’ve been 15 on KC for that hit. But I understand why the officials missed it in real time; it wasn’t clear to me either until the defender didn’t pop up.

Not that I feel remotely bad for them, but that's three tough breaks already for KC - the fumble knocked OOB, the "lateral" that wasn't, and then another fumble, this one ruled down by contact.

I don't know about that, but yeah, you have to call it and take your shot. Call it on third down and make them kick the FG to make it a two-score game. You owe your players that.
You have to!!! This should be the national headline tomorrow. I can’t believe this happened. I’m apoplectic.

The not lateral is a play that replay exists for. Virtually impossible to call on the field I would think. Challenging is part of football.

I would love to see that just keep going all game with every break going against them. It would make their postgame tears that much better.

Does CBS shoot the game from a different vantage in Buffalo. It seems lower making the field appear more narrow. Ive noticed this before but now that I think about it, it’s not just CBS; noticed it against Denver too.
