If Woods available, I'd have to imagine so is Teheran. And anyone else really. Pretty strange, the Braves aren't even that bad.
It was actually Kemp who got pulled, not Upton. The Padres and Mets are playing eachother right now and half these teams are Schrodinger's player.

They don't have a 2nd baseman under control next season, Olivera fills that problem well. And it is weird! How often do players get signed to big contracts and then get traded before playing a single game with the team that signed them? It's a rarity for sure.Snodgrass'Muff said:

Seems like the Dodgers are getting a crapload of stuff and the Braves are getting a 30-year-old guy who can't stay healthy? Even if Olivera is good, something is missing from this trade. Peraza is a well-regarded prospect.

They had Peraza in AAA. I cannot understand a rebuilding club thinking it's a good idea to flip Peraza for Olivera, let alone adding multiple assets on top. It's insanity.MakMan44 said:
