The Chiefs are going to be the class of the NFL until Mahome's contract comes online. And then it's going to be a different ballgame for them. But for now, they are in pretty good shape.
His cap hit jumps from over 5M to over 24M in 2021, over 30M in 2022, then to about 40M in 2023.

The rookie QB pay scale bonanza ends this year.

Sorry I'm late on the pile-on (was watching on tape delay), but... was watching the game with great interest until the end zone touchback, at which point I immediately turned off the broadcast and decided to do something else with my evening. Like: the rule is that bad.

Nobody Cares
Man, if the Brownies had gotten that touchdown on the helmet-to-helmet play, we'd be in for an entertaining finish. Alas, I think it will be too much to overcome.

Alive, yes. But they still need to figure out how to stop KC. The only thing that's stopped KC is a missed chip shot FG.

KC almost assuredly wins this game, but Cleveland should be proud of its team and excited for the future

Not even a helmet-to-helmet hit either. Not sure what happened actually from the replay. Other than that football players are big and every tackle looks to me like it should hurt like hell.
