What would be the charge for taking a picture with a person who is (presumably) an invited guest? I never heard of "photographing while sleeping" before, and since they're in a room together she's not some peeping Tom. Seems like a force to elevate it to a criminal vs asshole move since he isn't exposed or anything. She seems like a real catch though. Congrats to the lucky guy who scoops her up.

I only saw a few pics, but I thought she was pretty damned cute. So she's not a totally super model babe...but I'm not sure Olivia is either. I'm no Marciano, but I've done ok for myself over time, and I don't think eithe rof those girls are other-wordly hot enough to say "oh this one's SO much cuter than that one".
When he went home with her, I'm pretty sure it was "no trouble at all". It's not like he had to court her and she's really high maintenance or something. So, then she took a pic of him...a little bit of trouble, yeah. But, yknow, if she was "really good", maybe it's worth the trouble. She's probably pretty (generically) fun.

Are we assuming they actually did sleep together? Could have been a party with a bunch of people, Jules got crazy and ripped his shirt off, and then passed out. Then she made a sophmoric joke, in which I don't think she should be indicted (come on) nor blackballed from every place in Boston. She'll have to deal with the personal consequences and embarrassment, which is plenty enough. For all we know, his girlfriend was in the other room. It seems strange that they would have been separated at any point yesterday.
