Slight nitpick here, but Felger raves about the national media and their ability to break stories on Boston's sports teams, while ridiculing the local beat guys for "circling the wagons" to defend the clubs but rarely breaking any significant news. I can't remember the last time I heard him mock any national press figure or outlet.

I doubt they will. Most of their flash "reporters", especially Beetle & Hook, are actually smart and talented radio guys with great pipes. TSH seems to use their flash role as a means to keep them involved in the banter without having them serve as third wheels and without having to name them as co-hosts on the masthead (obviously Beetle also hosts a weekend show and frequently hosts or co-hosts F&M when one or both are out, so his overall role is more significant). TSH's formula is working. They're winning the battle big-time, and they have no incentive to change anything right now.

Not that it really matters since they both suck balls, but wasn't it Callahan that made the Dunkin' Munchkins comments?
