Can someone please get a translator to explain that it’s okay to NOT ground to the right side?

I hate to see how that swing looks when he starts to break down in the second half.

The cradle of the game.
“Good thing it was a 2 o’clock game so I got more time to talk shit about myself for the rest of the day,” Duran said. “And then I’ll flush it and get over it.”

Another IF who takes the throw from the catcher 2 feet in front of the bag. [/things that piss me off]

I was always taught to do that. If the throw is right on the bag, you catch it on the bag. If it’s short, you’re there to get it and slap the tag. I think that throw was a bit short

Anyone have any thoughts on short-arming pitchers and whether that’s good or bad for injuries?

and isn’t this just very modern age that I’m concentrating on his injury proneness and not just how good he is?
