Stanley Cup Finals are a lot different than Round 1 against a vastly inferior opponent when you're up 1-0 in the series.Let's Go!
For a guy who plays with punctured lungs and broken ribs, this has got to be something pretty brutal going on here. Win it for Bergy!
Right. He was gametime decision two nights ago, so I think he'd play tonight if it were do-or-die. Maybe he sits until they lose (or is clearly healed)?Stanley Cup Finals are a lot different than Round 1 against a vastly inferior opponent when you're up 1-0 in the series.
This may simply be a case of giving him an extra day in hopes in gives him an extra month.
I know, you're right.Stanley Cup Finals are a lot different than Round 1 against a vastly inferior opponent when you're up 1-0 in the series.

Uncle Nick hears you and is going to deliver tonight.I know, you're right.
But man, I don't like these games without Bergeron. I also simply don't see how slotting in Foligno is a good idea.
Is Lauko completely over the shits? And I'd rather have Nick than Greer, if the choice is those two (assuming Nick is 100%). Greer has a "hair on fire" streak that worries me in a tight playoff game. I also prefer Frederic to Nick, whenever *that* choice has to be made.I know, you're right.

It happened last game too (people posted in the Montreal thread) and it was locked. No ill effectsSince when do we lock old gamethreads in this forum? Feels like bad juju

2 U's, 2 K's, one game off. That seems awfully hubristic so I think he legit can't go. Can't bank wins in the playoffs.
Though maybe if they go up 3-0 they can bench Tuukka to give him rest.
Monty hinted at that:Right. He was gametime decision two nights ago, so I think he'd play tonight if it were do-or-die. Maybe he sits until they lose (or is clearly healed)?
“I think you are always looking at the situation, and everything goes into the situation,” Montgomery replied. Where he’s at is No. 1; No. 2 it would be – just like the regular season – rest versus play. Where is the series at? All those factors.”
Isn't Grz nursing an injury of some sort? Or is he just not in because previous playoff performance permeates panic? Please win tonight. I am going to game 4 in Florida and I really want that to be a close out game. And of course, I would want the Bruins to win tonight if I was going to the moon during game 4. Which I am not. I am going to the game.
Do I seem wired? YES.
Because I am.
Like @tims4wins, I have the run of the house tonight, and there will be altered states involved. This is a good thing, especially if the Bs win.
Foligno, by the way, looked pretty invisible in game 1except when he smiled oddly at the penalty he seemed to deserve. I know his ice time was limited.
Last: I feel a bit badly for Grizz. I thought he would be in tonight, not that anyone did anything worthy of being rotated out.
McAvoy/Lindholm/Orlov- Better than GrzIsn't Grz nursing an injury of some sort? Or is he just not in because previous playoff performance permeates panic?
The guys an absolute tank in person isn’t he? Good guy as well.Met Looch today in Costa Rica on vacation.
That is a good sign for optimism.
He has some broad shoulders for sure, and yes, nice. Seems like he gets this from B’s fans a lot.The guys an absolute tank in person isn’t he? Good guy as well.
The Whalers won their Game 1Bruins were the only home team to win Game 1. Let’s win Game 2 now.
