The whole word yelled at OKC/Durant to stop playing hero ball so he passed today. If they lose everyone will yell at him for being too passive.
OKC has completely fell apart. GS playing with tons of confidence and energy. This bench has come in and taken OKC's soul.
What is it? Because it seems like he's going to get shit no matter what happens.
Durant has to realize that jacking 3's isn't his best option. Especially with Green on the bench GS has little rim protection.
I feel bad because I think OKC has done a lot of the right things tonight but they just can't shoot consistently while I think the ball movement for GS has been spotty but because they can shoot so well it hasn't mattered. If you are Donovan what can you do?

A superstar who doesn't play superstarry in an elimination game will always catch some flak.
100% of their strong takes in the paint have come from their bench in this stretch. They were getting outplayed until they started raining threes. OKC looks defeated mentally. Of course GSW can maybe beat the Cavs just shooting 3s.
He took 19 shots in 1 half in Game 6 then has less than 10 going into the 4th quarter. Something between those. Get shots in the flow of the offense instead of hero ball.
OKC has to get back to ball movement and not settling for jumpers. Their problem may be more mental at this point, though.
I love Steve Kerr, and love the way Golden State plays. But that crowd, and Golden State fans make it really, really hard not to hate them. The city of Cleveland deserves a championship far more than the VC assholes in Oracle right now.
He's like 6/10 while the rest of the team like like 4/137. It seems like if some of his teammates had hit some shots then everyone would be praising his efficient game.
That's why GS is so good - they can make even contested threes at a high enough rate to keep up with a very good half-court offense. And for teams that don't have all world defenders like KD, GS's offense is overwhelming
This is reasonably fair.
But there are a shit ton of area die hards (for the last three+ decades) who deserve it.
If his teammates aren't hitting and he's feeling it then he should shoot more.
Maybe the fans that paid 29,000 for court side seats tonight, but GS has traditionally had a very rabid, loyal fan base.
My dislike for LeBron is strong enough to outweigh it, but the crowd can be obnoxious and along with Green's scumbaggery I can see why people would be rooting against them.
I mean, I get that, but it seems like the guy that's 5/18 from the floor needs to get some grief as well.
Speights not scoring inside 6 feet twice while guarded by Dion Waiters has to be pretty humiliating
