Haaland is an unreal finisher. People can talk about his size and speed but he is just top top class at putting the ball in the back of the net.
Haaland will have a better chance at the Ballon D'or without the World Cup this year, but he's gonna have to score like 80 goals to get it when City finishes in 2nd place.

0-0 Everton-Fulham at half because I know you’re waiting for that news. Everton must have huge xg, Maupay has been in front of goal 2x at less than 2 feet out and hit at keeper both times, like you would have to go out of your way not yo score.
Fulham go a goal up at Everton. Early in the season, but I'm already getting 'can't score, won't score' vibes from The Toffees.
I subscribed to Peacock to watch Luton Town this season and demand a refund. Yikes.

Brighton look just fine, admittedly against Luton (who weren't helpless). On the sartorial side, I must say the new PL number font looks huge on the jersey backs (in a good way). Very dramatic. Although you can't read Newcastle's - it looks like a colorblindness test (red on black/white stripes).
There are a few “What club should I root for?” threads if you search back. Some of the context around some of the clubs has changed (says the Newcastle fan…) but they set out who supports who pretty well.
I feel like you'll be able to figure it out very quickly (Spurs fan here).

I’m a Luton fan - because they are the Hatters and I love hats. Dumb reason but hey why not - I’ll enjoy their season despite their ass getting whipped weekly!

Good for you! And, footie fandom is all relative - that is success is measured against expectations and not overall results. If Luton stays up is a wildly successful year.
