Tough to think if a good fit for him given he’s still so unproven and he has a looming 5th year option
If traded before the draft, it would be to a team that wants a young(ish) option with (?) upside but isn’t in position to draft someone or doesn’t want to spend higher round draft capital on a non premium QB. That would be your mediocre teams and contenders with QB issues (Steelers, Seahawks)
Teams like Denver, Minnesota (if Cousins leaves), Las Vegas, Atlanta could be in the mix if they don’t draft someone but I think all would prefer to wait to see how the draft plays out
The Rams, if they think Stafford might retire after 2024 might be interested? Maybe the Saints if they’re willing to move off of Carr (doesn’t really work financially)
I guess teams who want a young backup could be interested and just decline the 5th year option and try to retain him on the cheap (49ers as a replacement for Darnold, Cleveland as a replacement for Flacco)
I like Seattle the best as a fit. Geno isn’t very good, and he’s cheap enough to get rid of if Mac can get back to rookie year form and show some promise. They’re probably not willing to draft a QB in round 1 but have no real future at the position and Jones would be fairly similar to Lock (youngish with upside but unlikely to amount to much) who is unsigned
