Not quite there yet but if ever there was a year for a "blip" this would be it.
I would not be against selling off some pieces this season and taking a shot in the lottery.  Almost certainly not getting 1st overall but this is being touted as a very deep draft.  If nothing else this is not the year to trade a 1st-3rd rd pick for a minor upgrade at the deadline.

The only way the Bruins ever get a top 3 pick in the next 5 or so years involves a Kessel like trade (where the other team greatly over estimates how ready they are to being a contender), or Bergeron, Rask, and a couple other players missing extended time in a season.
