Will the Premier Supporter renewals still occur when the yearly subscription expires or do we need to select a Bronze/Silver/Gold account option around that time?

There's no such thing as premier anymore; you need to select one of the Bronze/Silver/Gold if you want to contribute. Your membership (and forum access) won't expire if you don't do that, but if you have the means it definitely helps pay for the server and stuff.

I just received a paypal notice for a $29.95 charge for a SOSH renewal on the premier membership, so there is some mechanism still active that is charging for this membership. I am fine with paying it, just wanted someone to be aware that renewal billing is still active for the old model.

Nip, I realized I hadn't paid up this year. Been a member since 2003. Just upgraded my account -- payment was a snap. Thanks for all you & all the dopes and mods do.
I keep getting a 900 second clock between posts. Is this a pox on my account-have I angered the SoSH Gods-or is there some way for me to fix this? I don't mind the issue so much on regular threads, but it's a pain in game threads.

As a bronze member, you get to feel good about yourself. As a silver member, you get to feel really good about yourself. As a gold member, you get to feel awesome about yourself.
