they are a bully team. when they play downhill and have a lead they look amazing, especially against a back 4-5 who struggle against press. But when City gets punched they fold up. they are just BAD in the bad and their midfielders don't help enough on the counter. they need an ELITE CHM or else they are vulnerable because teams have figured out that City just foul immediately on the counterand have adjustedI’m not sold on City this season. Obviously they have enough quality to put anyone away in any given game but they seem on autopilot through chunks of the game sometimes. They miss Aguero and not just for the goals.
There was some discussion during last weeks game that Peacock was only the games that would have been on NBC Sports Gold. Clearly this game proves this is not the case. I wouldn't mind paying $1/month for Peacock, but paying $5 for all the NBC content, when I already pay for it all via my cable subscription is just crap.I was wondering where all these games were- they went to paid Peacock only..

And it’s a shit interface, too. Not being able to rewind & fast forward in 2020 is inexcusable. There was some discussion during last weeks game that Peacock was only the games that would have been on NBC Sports Gold. My guess is that Arteta doesn't want to press high (which would leave us exposed) but wants to leave his forwards fairly high up the pitch, in order to theoretically pin back Liverpool's fullbacks since they're the main creators. Its not a bad plan but it requires being able to win the ball and transition it quickly and efficiently to said forwards, or otherwise there really isn't any danger in TAA and Robertson aggressively pushing up. And Arsenal have been totally incapable of progressing the ball in general, much less doing it quickly and efficiently.Yeah, this game has been extremely one-sided so far. Shot attempts are 11-1, possession is 69-31. If it weren't for Robertson's comical error, Arsenal wouldn't even have a shot attempt, let alone a goal.
I don't understand Arsenal's plan, they are sitting off Liverpool and letting Liverpool have the ball in midfield as much as they want, but they are also not playing a deep, compact low block. It's not clear what they are even trying to do.
I have no idea why Arsenal insist on playing their best striker at LWIf I'm Pool I'm delighted that Aubameyang is spending all his time waaay outside.
I thought so too on one replay.. but another looked clean ..That totally came off his arm. How the fuck was that not called back?
And two saves in the shootout as well.Leno was spectacular.
